What data do we store and why do we need it?

• user ids - we store it for: files command, afk, blacklisting, suggestions, moderation purposes, command usage
• guild ids - we store it to make various bot features and the bot itself functional.
• channel ids - we store it to make for commands like reminder, it’s temporary.
• message ids - we store it for suggestions, moderation logging.
• message jump urls - we store it for: errors.
• message content - we store this only when file commands it used(using this cmd you create, update, rename and delete notes.

Where do we store the data and who has access to it?

Most of the data like command usages are stored within discord on our discord server. we only store few data off platform like (userID and message content that used with files command) are store on bot database. We use MongoDB database to store the data itself. Bot Developer(s) can access the data only.

Can I delete my data? What should I do if I have any concerns.

Yes, you can delete almost all of your data:

• sudo rm - will delete specific files that you have created. it will remove your userID and message content.


If you have any concers or want your all of your data deleted, you'll need to contact us by either joining our support server or sending us an email at spyboyblog@gmail.com. Keep in mind we cannot delete certain data, that includes:

• Non-appealable blacklist - if you were blacklisted and can't appeal, unfortunately, that means the data will stay and you won't be unblacklisted ever.
• Command usage - we log command usages to know how many commands where used in a certain period of time, without a proper reasoning, this will not be deleted. It also depends on the majority of commands used, if the number is too small (<100), we'll gladly delete it, but if the number is too big (>100) you'll need to provide a strong reason as to why you want the data to be removed
• Premium purchage - When you buy spyo premium some default info will be stored on our Stripe.com account like (name, email, country, address, card-type, card issuer) to make purchage successful.


If you've mailed us, it can take up to 5 (five) work days until we gather and delete all of your data.

Terms of Use

This Terms of Use was last updated on 18th of July 2022.

• 1) You may not use Spyo or any of Spyo services if you're under the legal age to use Discord. If caught, you will get blacklisted from our services and reported to Discord's T&S team.
• 2) You may not abuse* Spyo or any of Spyo services in any shape of form.
• 3) We don't offer refunds under normal circumstances. However in case of missed delievery or Payments made without parental permissions, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• 4) We have all the rights to change the premium commands as per the user feedback. Some commands that exist today may not be available tomorrow. Some commands might become public according to your feedback.
